Do you offer volume discounts for multiple sign cabinets?
Yes, we offer competitive pricing for bulk orders. We regularly work with general contractors, developers, property management companies, and sign manufacturers requiring multiple cabinets for new shopping centers and commercial developments.
What type of paint do you use?
We use PPG's commercial-grade polyurethane coating system for superior durability and finish quality.
Can you manufacture custom shapes and designs?
Yes, we have the capability to fabricate any custom shape, design, logo, or lettering to meet your specifications. While we specialize in single-face cabinets, we can accommodate a wide range of custom requirements.
What materials are used in your sign cabinets?
Our cabinets are manufactured using heavy-gauge aluminum, specialized extrusions, and select materials engineered for superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Yes, we can closely match Pantone colors and accommodate custom color specifications for your project.
Which plastic material is most impact-resistant?
Polycarbonate (Lexan) is the most impact-resistant option available—virtually bulletproof. We do not offer acrylic plastic due to its susceptibility to breakage in cold weather, during servicing, or from impact. Additionally, acrylic is not UL-recognized and has an extremely high burn/flash point. While polycarbonate does involve additional cost, it meets local electrical and fire codes and provides superior safety and durability.
Are your signs UL-approved?
Yes, we manufacture UL-approved and labeled illuminated sign cabinets that comply with local and national code requirements.
Can you provide face decoration services for signs?
Yes, we offer face decoration services for an additional charge. Please send artwork to officeadmin@cessnasigns.com . A $125 retainer (prepaid by credit card) is required for artwork production or modification to ensure files are production-ready for vinyl plotting or digital printing. Please submit files in EPS or PDF format.
Do you offer custom cutting services for plastic or aluminum sheets?
Yes, we can cut materials to any size or shape you require. Custom-cut blank white polycarbonate is available at $8 per square foot. We stock 3-foot, 4-foot, 6-foot, and 8-foot rolls for cutting to your specifications.
