Which plastic material is most impact-resistant?

Accepted Answer

Polycarbonate (Lexan) is the most impact-resistant option available—virtually bulletproof. We do not offer acrylic plastic due to its susceptibility to breakage in cold weather, during servicing, or from impact. Additionally, acrylic is not UL-recognized and has an extremely high burn/flash point. While polycarbonate does involve additional cost, it meets local electrical and fire codes and provides superior safety and durability.

Can you provide face decoration services for signs?

Accepted Answer

A $125 retainer (prepaid by credit card) is required for artwork production or modification to ensure files are production-ready for vinyl plotting or digital printing. Please submit files in EPS or PDF format.

Yes, we can cut materials to any size or shape you require. Custom-cut blank white polycarbonate is available at $8 per square foot. We stock 3-foot, 4-foot, 6-foot, and 8-foot rolls for cutting to your specifications.
